Ouch! Maybe I should have warned you yesterday that, in my experience, it's always worse on the second day...

I've noticed already-achy places aching more on the second day before, but this time my knees were a bit creaky yesterday and are fine now, while my arms, which were perfectly happy 12 hours ago, now appear to be made of wood.

Do you climb, then, or was that a general observation?
