Things I didn't know
Google Maps' Distance Measurement Tool will let you measure in (among other things) parsecs, rod/pole/perches, TeX points and more
cubits
than I knew existed. Apparently I cycle somewhere over 18 000 cubits of Lagash to work every day.

No idea! It takes me about 35 minutes by bike but it may be a bit more difficult to get an ass-drawn carriage over a footbridge...
